Annette Sessions began her journalistic career as a freelance editor of in-house company newsletters in 1978. She joined the Soft Drinks International editorial team in 1993 and has been Features Editor since 1997.

Di Amor, Scientific Editor at RSSL, has a biochemistry degree and worked for Leatherhead Food RA, the International Food Information Service and the Department of Food Biosciences at Reading University before joining RSSL in 1994. She is a Member of the Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST).

Now a freelance author, his writings on beverages and other subjects include the chapter on soft drinks in the 'Cambridge World History of Food'
